Remy Adds Two Heavy Duty Market Professionals

Heavy duty industry professionals bring 46 years of experience to Remy.

PENDLETON, Ind. — Remy Inc., manufacturer of Delco Remy heavy duty starters and alternators, has  strengthened its field sales team with the addition of two respected heavy duty industry professionals.

According to Remy, this strategic move allows the company to intensify its focus on customer support while meeting current business challenges in the heavy duty market.

Britt Caple has been named national fleet manager responsible for working with target fleet accounts. He will cover the southeast region of the U.S. Prior to joining Remy, Caple held a number of progressive sales and marketing positions with Fontaine International during a 21-year tenure with the company. His most recent position in the organization was as a key account manager.

"Britt Caple’s involvement and expertise in the truck market will certainly fortify our sales force," said Randy Andis, director of aftermarket operations at Remy Inc.

Joe Dyer has been named regional sales and service manager for the southeast states. His primary responsibility will be managing the aftermarket distribution network in his region. Dyer joins the Remy team following a flourishing 25-year career at Daimler Trucks North America in fleet and dealer sales.

"Joe Dyer’s comprehensive understanding of heavy duty sales and industry leadership will greatly benefit Remy and our customers in his new role," commented Andis.
