It all comes down to reliability and quality for shop owners, that’s according to the latest Installer Study from IMR, which asks technicians for the most common reasons they are loyal to a given parts brand.
Reliability is the leading reason for brand loyalty among 40 percent of the shops surveyed. Availability was the second most-common response (21 percent). Brand reputation was the least important of the top 10 reasons, at under 2 percent.
