Heavy Duty Aftermarket Week Organizers Announce 2010 Location and Date

HDAW'10 will be returning to Las Vegas after one year in Orlando, Fla.

ORLAND PARK, Ill. – The joint operating committee of Heavy Duty Aftermarket Week (HDAW) are pleased to announce that HDAW’10 will be held Jan. 18-21, 2010 at The Mirage in Las Vegas.  HDAW’10 will be returning to Las Vegas after one year in Orlando, Fla.  
 
HDAW‘09 will be held Monday, Feb. 16 -Thursday, Feb. 19, 2009 at the Rosen Centre Hotel and the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Fla. Space reservations for HDAW’10 in Las Vegas will be available during HDAW’09 in Orlando.
 
"I am pleased to note that the independent aftermarket continues to support HDAW,” said Joe McAleese, HDAW‘09 co-chairman and president and CEO of Bendix CVS. “We look forward to another successful program for both suppliers and distributors and are looking forward to returning to Las Vegas in 2010. For the 2009 event we are currently ahead of paid registrations compared to this time last year and it reflects the events’ value to the industry, regardless of the current economic situation. We look forward to the same success in 2010.”
 
HDAW is the largest North American gathering of the independent heavy duty industry. More than 1,800 managers and executives from 17 countries including distributors, manufacturers, service providers, educators and media attended the 2008 conference.
 
HDAW is presented by a joint operating committee comprised of industry leaders from American Council of Frame and Alignment Specialists (ACOFAS), Commercial Vehicle Solutions Network (CVSN), Heavy Duty America (HDA), Heavy Duty Distribution Association (HDDA), Heavy Duty Manufacturers Association (HDMA), Heavy Duty Remanufacturing Group (HDRG), International Truck Parts Association (ITPA), Overseas Automotive Council (OAC), Power Heavy Duty, Service Specialists Association (SSA), Truck Pride, Truck Frame and Axle Repair Association (TARA) and VIPAR HD Parts.
