The first week of the new year brought with it a number of important news items and according to our analysis, AMN readers were most interested in hearing more about ACDelco’s recent national convention. Themed “Winning Customers Together," the 2006 ACDelco National Convention showcased the tools ACDelco provides to help build relationships and grow the business.

Another widely read news item from the past week reported that Chrysler will work with China ‘s Chery Automotive Co. to build small cars in China that will be sold in the U.S. and around the world. According to a Chrysler spokesperson, the vehicles would be sold under its Dodge, Chrysler and Jeep brand names.

Also popular with AMN readers this week was our bi-monthly R. L. Polk & Co.’s Ask the Industry column. This week we heard from industry executives talking about their biggest concerns for the aftermarket industry in 2007.

Horne then embraced the role of sales strategist, collaborating with the team for 16 months before being promoted to strategic account manager, SRNA said.
