Brake Parts Inc. Promotes Mike Zissman to VP Product Development for Under Vehicle Group

Brake Parts Inc. has promoted Mike Zissman to the position of vice president of product development for the Under Vehicle Group. Zissman has more than 30 years of experience working in the automotive aftermarket industry and almost 19 years with Brake Parts Inc. He has held numerous positions in sales, marketing and product development, including vice president of the McQuay Norris/Aimco sales group, director of data administration and senior director of product development.

MCHENRY, IL — Brake Parts Inc. has promoted Mike Zissman to the position of vice president of product development for the Under Vehicle Group.

Zissman has more than 30 years of experience working in the automotive aftermarket industry and almost 19 years with Brake Parts Inc. He has held numerous positions in sales, marketing and product development, including vice president of the McQuay Norris/Aimco sales group, director of data administration and senior director of product development.

In this new position, Zissman will continue to manage and expand current product development initiatives, as well as cutting edge strategies to optimize product growth potential and enhance customer satisfaction. He will also coordinate with Tom O’Brien, vice president of marketing for Brake Parts Inc., and the Under Vehicle Marketing Group to optimize and enhance the Under Vehicle Group’s Category Management process and systems.

Zissman will report directly to the office of Customer Relationship Management for the Dana Automotive Aftermarket Group to more closely align future product development strategies to its customers’ needs and business sales growth goals. He will continue to be based at Brake Parts Inc. headquarters in McHenry, Ill.
