TROY, MI — Delphi has announced the appointment of three new directors in sales and marketing, operations and engineering for Delphi Integrated Service Solutions, part of Delphi Product & Service Solutions.

Delphi Integrated Service Solutions provides computer-implemented workflow management and vehicle diagnostic systems that enable service writers, shop owners and technicians to increase productivity and drive consumer satisfaction.

Doug Parnell has been appointed director of sales and marketing. Parnell, who joins Delphi after serving as vice president of sales for RBX Industries, replaces William Wrubel, who is being named director of operations and dealership sales. Earl Diem has been appointed director of engineering. Diem has been serving as product engineering manager for the past two years.

With these appointments, effective immediately, Parnell, Wrubel and Diem will all report to Russell Bailey, managing director of Delphi Integrated Service Solutions.
