Bosch Releases New Oxygen Sensor Catalog

Robert Bosch Corp. has released its new 2004 Oxygen Sensor Catalog, which includes more than 140 new part numbers, enhanced sensor diagrams and images, and extensive cross referencing. Altogether, 1,294 part numbers are included, providing 99.8 percent make and model coverage for oxygen sensor replacement, said Bosch.

BROADVIEW, IL — Robert Bosch Corp. has released its new 2004 Oxygen Sensor Catalog, which includes more than 140 new part numbers, enhanced sensor diagrams and images, and extensive cross referencing. Altogether, 1,294 part numbers are included, providing 99.8 percent make and model coverage for oxygen sensor replacement, said Bosch.

Coverage for Universal Heated Sensors has increased to more than 390 million units in operation, and model year coverage for 2004 is offered for 220 car and truck models, with original equipment fit for 430 million units in operation.

The 2004 catalog (#221139) also features improved images in the Buyer’s Guide section. Competitor and OE cross-references have been updated. There are upgrades to the “Type” field in the “UPC Cross Reference” section as well, to indicate whether a sensor is a Thimble, Planar, Titania or Wide-Band sensor. The new listings include the latest Planar and Wide-Band listings.

Bosch offers Universal Heated Sensors for domestic and import vehicles, and the catalog also includes listings for vehicle specific heated sensors for both domestic and import vehicles, as well as hundreds of the original unheated O2 sensors.

In addition to listing hundreds of oxygen sensor part numbers, the 2004 Bosch Oxygen Sensor Catalog includes recommended sensor check and replacement intervals, generic sensor technical information, cross-reference charts, photograph illustrations of hundreds of specific sensors and other relevant data.
