Source Direct Signs to Distribute Automotive Cleaning Products to Ace Hardware

Source Direct Holdings, a manufacturer of private label automotive and consumer household cleaning products, has signed an exclusive agreement with Marden, Inc. for the distribution of all Source Direct product lines to Ace Hardware Corp., one of the leading hardware cooperatives in the U.S. Ace Hardware distributes to its retailers from more than 20 wholesale warehouses.

IDAHO FALLS, IDAHO — Source Direct Holdings, a manufacturer of private label automotive and consumer household cleaning products, has signed an exclusive agreement with Marden, Inc. for the distribution of all Source Direct product lines to Ace Hardware Corp., one of the leading hardware cooperatives in the U.S. Ace Hardware distributes to its retailers from more than 20 wholesale warehouses.

Arkansas-based Marden, Inc., is an authorized Wal-Mart vendor, and currently distributes a variety of products to Wal-Mart, Wal-Mart Super Centers, Bumper to Bumper Auto Parts, Sam’s Club, Ace Hardware and Fred’s Discount.

The distribution agreement grants Marden the exclusive marketing rights to Source Direct’s recently announced private label automotive marketing initiative, which includes a proprietary engine cleaner, wheel cleaner and vinyl repair and protector to more than 5100 Ace Hardware Stores in the U.S. The agreement also includes Source Direct’s proprietary brand Simply WOW all purpose cleaner and Stain Pen portable stain remover.
