Transpro Names Paul Verdile Senior Product Manager

Transpro has appointed Paul Verdile senior product manager for its Automotive Light Truck Heat Exchanger Business Unit. In this position Verdile will be responsible for all product development and strategic planning functions for product lines that include Ready-Rad radiators and Ready-Aire heater cores and air conditioning condensers. He will report to Layne Gobrogge, Transpro’s vice president of marketing and will be based in New Haven, Conn.

NEW HAVEN, CT — Transpro has appointed Paul Verdile senior product manager for its Automotive Light Truck Heat Exchanger Business Unit.

In this position Verdile will be responsible for all product development and strategic planning functions for product lines that include Ready-Rad radiators and Ready-Aire heater cores and air conditioning condensers. He will report to Layne Gobrogge, Transpro’s vice president of marketing and will be based in New Haven, Conn.

“Paul comes to Transpro with a wealth of heat exchange and product marketing experience in the aftermarket,” said Gobrogge. “Most recently he was the global product marketing manager for Delphi Aftermarket in Troy, Mich., from 2001 to 2004. Prior to that he held a number of sales and engineering positions with Visteon Automotive and Ford Motor Co. from 1992 to 2001. We are extremely pleased that he will be joining the Transpro team and look forward to the contributions that he will make in improving our response to the market with new products, expanded application coverage on current products and innovative approaches to marketing our products and services to customers at all levels of our distribution network.”

During his years in the aftermarket, Verdile has authored several technical publications and has received awards from Ford Motor Co., NARSA and MACS. This past January he was elected to the MACS board of directors.
