COLMAR, PA — Motormite/Dorman has released three new aftermarket catalogs and a renovated web site to support these new publications.

Motormite/Dorman, a division of R&B, Inc., is a supplier of OE Dealer “Exclusive” automotive replacement parts, automotive hardware and brake products to the automotive aftermarket and household hardware to the general merchandise markets. Motormite/Dorman automotive parts and hardware are marketed under more than thirty proprietary brand names, through its Motormite, Dorman, Allparts, Scan-Tech, MPI and Pik-A-Nut businesses.

The new catalogs and web site feature hundreds of new-to-the-aftermarket parts that were previously only available at the OE dealer. All catalogs feature the “Driving ReveNEW” theme, which identifies new parts.

The Dorman Hard Parts Catalog (DHP24011) includes buyer’s guide and application information for sixteen product categories including new categories such as intake manifolds and rear axle shaft kits. The catalog also features expanded coverage in virtually all existing categories.

The new Motormite Catalog (MM24010) combines buyer’s guide and application information into one source making it easier for parts professionals to find complete part information. The catalog features expanded HELP! Branded Products that offer repair options including “OE Alternatives” and “Replace the Part, Not the Whole Assembly” that save end-consumers hundreds of dollars.

The Dorman Wheel Hardware and Oil Drain Plug Supplement (2400017) features new and updated applications for Wheel Hardware and Oil Drain Plugs and showcases three assortments.

“These three catalogs give you an incredible selection of new parts, but we didn’t stop there. We put significant effort into the catalogs to make sure our parts can be found easily. We also help you make the most of those parts by providing related technical and sale tips,” said Bill Hanvey, vice president of marketing for Motormite/Dorman. “We believe that these are the best catalogs we’ve ever produced, and we have transformed the catalog information to our new web site to accomplish the same task, finding parts easily.”

The revitalized web site — www.motormitedorman.com — supports the catalog. The home page features a search area, with options to search by application, part category, OE number or keyword. The web site’s ‘Tech Talk’ section offers technical information about parts, including installation instructions, technical bulletins and the ability to interact with our technical team via an e-mail link. The ‘Marketing Tool Chest’ provides electronic versions of product support collateral such as advertisements and sell sheets that can be viewed or printed.
