ICOR International Announces Staff Promotions

ICOR International, Inc., an Indianapolis-based manufacturer and distributor of air conditioning and refrigeration products, recently announced promotion of three of its employees.

INDIANAPOLIS — ICOR International, Inc., an Indianapolis-based manufacturer and distributor of air conditioning and refrigeration products, recently announced promotion of three of its employees.

Milton Cuevas II is now vice president, CFO and COO of ICOR. Cuevas had been the company’s vice president and CFO since October 1998. Prior to joining ICOR, he was employed in the banking and financial industries.

Gordon McKinney is now ICOR’s vice president and COO. He started with the company in 1998 as a territory sales representative, becoming a regional sales manager in 1999 and has served as ICOR’s national sales since 2000.

James “Doug” Pettigrew is now director of sales and marketing and is in charge of developing national merchandising strategies for Hot Shot NU-22 and One Shot refrigerants. Pettigrew moved to ICOR’s technical service department in 1998, and became a regional manager in 1999. He has served as ICOR’s assistant national sales director since 2000. He has more than 30 years of experience in the HVACR industry, having worked his way up from service technician to service manager at separate HVACR concerns before becoming a part of ICOR’s technical service team.
