CLEVELAND, OH — True2Form Collision Repair Centers, LLC, has announced the grand opening of its new 13,000 square-foot, state-of-the-art collision repair center in Wilmington, NC. This facility is True2Form’s second center in Wilmington.
Rex Dunn, True2Form’s president and chief executive officer, said this prototype facility “was designed to produce high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction. This is consistent with our ongoing efforts to provide the highest quality, most efficient and most cost-effective collision repair services for both our customers and our insurance partners.”
“We are very proud and excited to announce the completion of our 11th location in North Carolina,” Dunn said. “This center is the result of many hours of collaboration between Sherwin-Williams Automotive Finishes, Corp., our paint partner, and the entire North Carolina True2Form management team. The planning process was specifically designed to create an optimized environment that reduces the cost and time associated with collision repair. Vehicle owners and our insurance clients will both benefit from our lean production model through reduced cycle time and improved overall satisfaction.”
“This facility was designed to showcase the future of automobile collision repair,” said Steve McGlothlin, regional president of NC operations. “Our new center features a beautiful customer service area, OEM resistance type spot welders, Car-O-Liner computerized measuring, a downdraft spray booth and an onsite rental car office for added customer convenience. The layout of the production area and our selection of high-tech repair equipment will ensure both quality repairs and maximum efficiency.”
