Pep Boys Names New Senior Vice President of Stores

Pep Boys has announced the appointment of William Shull as senior vice president of stores. Shull, a veteran executive with more than 25 years of retail experience, will be responsible for sales and operations at Pep Boys’ 562 stores across the United States and Puerto Rico. He will report directly to Interim CEO Mike Odell.

PHILADELPHIA – Pep Boys has announced the appointment of William Shull as senior vice president of stores. Shull, a veteran executive with more than 25 years of retail experience, will be responsible for sales and operations at Pep Boys’ 562 stores across the United States and Puerto Rico. He will report directly to Interim CEO Mike Odell.

“Bill is a seasoned executive with a strong automotive background and is a great addition to our senior team,” said Mike Odell, Interim CEO. “He brings the passion and energy we need to continue the transformation of our company at a rapid pace and we expect solid performance in the field under his leadership.”

Shull’s experience spans several different retailers including Lowes, The Wiz, Hollywood Entertainment and a 13-year tenure at AutoZone, where he was instrumental in building the foundation of the retail chain as a field leader. His strength is building and integrating store management teams into successfully profitable and cohesive units.
