Allstate Insurance Co. recently announced that Dan Risley has joined the Allstate claims organization as a staff claim analyst. Previously, Risely served as the executive director of the Society of Collision Repair Specialists.
“We are excited to have Dan as part of our team,” said Bill Daly, Allstate auto claim assistant vice president. “He brings a wealth of collision industry expertise and we value his diverse background. We are committed to strengthening Allstate’s relationship with the collision repair industry. Bringing strong leaders such as Dan into our organization will allow us to accomplish that goal much faster, moving forward.”
While initially on rotation in a developmental capacity, Risely will be involved in several areas of the claim operation, including claim customer satisfaction, Allstate’s Direct Repair Program and the Sterling and Tech-Cor businesses. He will report to the company’s home office in Northbrook, Ill.
