MEMA’s ‘MiX’ Council Names 2024 Executive Committee

Jeff O’Hara of East Penn Manufacturing will serve as the council’s chairman in 2024.

The Modern Industry eXpertise (MiX) council of MEMA Aftermarket Suppliers announced today that Jeff O’Hara, director of sales – retail markets, automotive batteries, at East Penn Manufacturing will serve as its chair in 2024. The council also announced its executive committee during its last meeting of 2023.

The executive committee includes:

  • Chair: Jeff O’Hara – Director of Sales Retail Markets, Automotive Batteries, East Penn Manufacturing
  • Colin Foster – Zone Sales Manager, Gates
  • Andrew Peckham – Division Tech Care & Trade Marketing Specialist, Valeo
  • Donald Harrison – Pro Training Team Manager, Standard Motor Products
  • Mark Swetich – Product Manager Lead, Dana
  • Elisse Richardson – District Sales Manager, DriV

“I have full confidence in the capabilities of our newly formed executive committee,” said Nikki Rankin, director of Councils & Engagement at MEMA Aftermarket Suppliers and MiX lead. “Their leadership will propel MiX to new heights, fostering innovation and positive change. I’m excited to share their achievements and thought leadership with seasoned veterans and our wonderful industry.”

“It is an honor to serve as MiX chair after nearly four years served on the Executive Committee,” said O’Hara. “I am looking forward to furthering the council’s mission of addressing and solving industry challenges and concerns through sharing the viewpoint of young professionals in our meetings and via resources like whitepapers crafted from our reverse mentoring model.”

The MiX program provides:
