Heavy Duty Aftermarket Week Returns Following Record Year

Organizers for Heavy Duty Aftermarket Week (HDAW) have announced “Fully Equipped” as the theme for HDAW’24.

Conference organizers for Heavy Duty Aftermarket Week (HDAW) have announced “Fully Equipped” as the theme for HDAW’24. After a record-breaking 2023 event that welcomed more than 2,600 heavy-duty aftermarket professionals, the event is focused on moving forward, equipped with the necessary resources and solutions for the next generation. The 2024 event will take place Jan. 22-25, 2024, at the Gaylord Texan Resort in Grapevine, Texas, and focus on building strong networks by connecting suppliers and distributors, conference organizers said.

Leading the planning efforts this year will be Michael Callison Jr., president and CEO at Midwest Wheel Companies; and Nicole Oreskovic, vice president of sales and marketing at Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems, who will serve as co-chairs.

“Our industry is changing like never before, including a significant digital transformation. As we plan for HDAW’24, we aim to open the door for attendees with products, resources and connections that help prepare them for the next generation,” Oreskovic said. “HDAW delivers innovative solutions, access to the leading suppliers, and a high-quality one-on-one business meeting program. That powerful combination brings countless opportunities to establish and solidify essential partnerships for their business.”

HDAW’24 will feature the industry’s most successful one-on-one business meeting program, bringing together manufacturers and distributors from all regions of North America. Building on 2023, participants will once again have more pre-scheduled opportunities on Tuesday and unscheduled meetings on Thursday afternoon, according to event organizers.

“Part of coming to HDAW is the unique opportunity to get all your suppliers and distributors under one roof, so we’re extending the expo floor time a bit on Tuesday, and also keeping ample time for unscheduled one-on-one meetings on Thursday – we saw a lot of success with that last year,” Callison added. “Attendees can also participate in lunchtime roundtable discussions on various topics to level up their learning. During their time here, attendees will also find ample opportunities to explore the city, and they can look forward to a big — we’re talking Texas-sized — surprise for the Wednesday night reception.”

HDAW will take place over four days and include an expo floor offering access to the latest products and networking opportunities with top executives from all major heavy-duty suppliers. The general sessions will cover the most current trends, updates in the market and crucial industry subjects with the goal of propelling businesses forward. Registration for HDAW’24 opens mid-September.
