Electrical Terminal Service Joins Power Heavy Duty Network

Electrical Terminal Service has helped shops get the commercial vehicle parts they need for more than 30 years.

Electrical Terminal Service has joined Power Heavy Duty network. If it’s on a commercial vehicle and carries an electric current, chances are Electrical Terminal Service not only stocks it, but can help service shops make sure they get exactly what they need, as well as related parts and tools they may not even realize they’ll need, the network said of its newest member.

“Troubleshooting and repairing electrical issues can be challenging for even experienced service technicians,” said Matthew Twomey, president and CEO of Electrical Terminal Service. “Knowing where to get the right parts, tools and accessories to solve electrical issues goes a long way in making the job easier, and so does having someone to call for support.”

For nearly 30 years, the Clawson, Mich.-based Electrical Terminal Service has provided customers with personal attention to help service technicians find and purchase the correct items from the distributor’s $2-million-plus inventory.

In addition to boasting a 96 percent ship-from-inventory rate, Electrical Terminal Service usually ships orders throughout the continental U.S. within 48 hours. The company’s website hosts a product catalog of its many offerings, including terminals, wire, fuses, tools, ties, fasteners and lights.

“Electrical Terminal Service is a true specialist in electric components for commercial vehicles,” said Jim Pennig, vice president of business development for the VIPAR Heavy Duty Family of Companies. “We welcome them to our Power Heavy Duty network and the value they bring to our end-user customers.”
