Mitchell 1 Receives Market Leader Award from FeaturedCustomers

FeaturedCustomers helps B2B buyers research business software & services through vendor-validated customer content.

Mitchell 1 announced today it has received a Market Leader award from FeaturedCustomers, a customer reference platform for B2B business software. The recognition was published in the latest edition of its Auto Body & Repair Software Customer Success Report.

FeaturedCustomers helps potential B2B buyers research and discover business software and services through vendor validated customer reference content such as customer testimonials, success stories, case studies and customer videos.

“We are honored to receive this award from FeaturedCustomers, based on our customers’ success stories and our strong market presence in the auto repair industry,” said Nick DiVerde, senior marketing director for Mitchell 1. “Customers’ encouraging words about Mitchell 1 are powerful indicators that our products meet or exceed their expectations.”

Market Leaders are vendors with a substantial customer base and market share, and have the highest ratio of customer reference content, content quality and social media presence relative to company size. The award winners were published in the fall 2022 Auto Body & Repair Software Customer Success Report to give prospects better insight about which repair, and auto body software would work best for their business based on real customer testimonials.

The customer success report is based on verified customer reference content. A vendor’s overall customer success score is reached via a weighted average of their content, market presence and company scores.
