Bosch Receives ‘Most Important Partner Award’ From Alliant Power

Bosch Named Alliant Power’s ‘Most Important Partner’

Communication and collaboration leads to successful partnership between Bosch and Alliant Power, formerly Diesel Forward.

Bosch, a global supplier of automotive technology and service, received the inaugural “Most Important Partner Award” from Alliant Power, formerly Diesel Forward, at the Automotive Aftermarket Products Expo (AAPEX) 2022 in Las Vegas. The award celebrates the partnership between the automotive industry leaders and signals more years of successful and impactful collaboration to come, according Alliant Power.

“We’re proud to receive this award and celebrate nearly five decades of working alongside Alliant Power,” said Todd Hertzler, vice president of sales, Robert Bosch LLC. “The landscape of the automotive aftermarket industry is changing quickly with the introduction of new technologies and manufacturing techniques, and we’re excited to continue navigating these changes with Alliant Power.”

Alliant Power, a provider in premium powertrain repair components since 1961, recently announced a rebrand from Diesel Forward as the company shifts goals toward the future of new tools, equipment, fuel and power innovations. Likewise, Bosch’s diesel powertrain developments, including the CRS 3-27 common-rail system and DI-SCR, have positioned Bosch as a trusted leader in powertrain solutions by prioritizing reduced engine emissions without sacrificing performance. Together, Bosch and Alliant Power have had a successful partnership since 1975, working on innovative tools and equipment for the automotive aftermarket.

“Bosch, and its leaders are some of the greatest partners I have ever worked with, and my respect and admiration has deepened as I have met and worked with the Automotive Aftermarket leadership team,” said Houman Kashanipour, CEO and president of Alliant Power. “The leadership team isn’t afraid of new technology and drives us to think bigger, which has led us to work harder and produce better than expected results time and time again.”
