Sidem Focuses On Further Growth In The Americas

New Business Development Manager Iwan Loewen will focus on the North and South American markets.

Sidem, a European manufacturer of steering and suspension parts, has announced the appointment of Iwan Loewen as business development manager. He is based in the U.S. and will work mainly in the North and South American market.

With this appointment, Philippe Carels, senior sales and marketing manager at Sidem, commented on the company’s prospects in the Americas: “As a European specialist for steering and suspension products, Sidem sees tremendous opportunities for growth in North and South America. We already have business in that area. With Iwan Loewen on board, we want to focus on developing the market share and establish a strong foothold.” 

Loewen comes to Sidem with extensive experience in the automotive sector, working for Audi and thyssenkrupp Bilstein of America Inc. where he held various positions in sales. 

“For our customers and Sidem, Iwan is the right person for the job. He knows the country and the market as no other. This makes him a valuable member of the Sidem team for existing and future customers,” added Carels.
