Carlisle Fluid Technologies announced it will host the PCI 202 class, Powder Coating Done Right, on April 30, 2022, at its Toledo, Ohio, demonstration lab and training center. The class will feature both classroom and hands-on training utilizing the Carlisle Fluid Technologies Powder Lab. The powder lab features a down-draft booth with fast color change capabilities, cyclone recovery unit, powder kitchen, IR and convection oven, automatic conveying system, manual cart unit and batch booth capabilities. It is an all-in-one convenient location for customer testing, Carlisle says.
Carlisle Fluid Technologies says its Toledo demonstration lab also features dedicated liquid finishing capabilities with TurboDisk application booth, three robots for automatic application, two batch ovens, climate controlled booth, pumping and paint circulation equipment, IntelliFlow Meter and Mix equipment and portable and stationary curing equipment.
“We are proud of both our powder and liquid lab capabilities. Our facilities allow us to provide full comprehensive product testing and in-person or virtual equipment demonstrations,” said Andres Lacassie, Carlisle Fluid Technologies vice president of sales & marketing. “We can propose solutions that validate and document a customer’s process. The ability to demonstrate our product capabilities or support hands-on training, is proof or our expertise and commitment to providing application solutions.”
