360 Payments, Shop Boss Offer Connected Consumer Financing

Shop owners can offer their customers a financing option embedded in the DVI estimate process, allowing them to apply for financing through Wisetack and other lenders from their mobile device.

Auto industry payment processor 360 Payments announced a new partnership with Shop Boss to integrate consumer financing solutions within BOSS Pay. The collaboration gives shop owners the ability to offer their customers a financing option embedded in the DVI estimate process, allowing customers to apply for financing through Wisetack and other lenders from the comfort and privacy of their own mobile device. The availability of financing at the appropriate time, the point of decision, will increase the shop’s average repair order and drive more sales, says 360 Payments.

“Whether a shop currently accepts financing or is looking to offer a financing option, our integrated tool takes all the hassle out of the financing process – for both the shop and for their customers,” said Steve Ciabattoni, CEO of 360 Payments. “We’re proud of this alliance with Shop Boss to boost repair shop business, drive efficiency, and provide another convenience for their clients.”

360 Payments says shop owners and customers alike will enjoy the innovative features of 360 Payments’ consumer financing portal, including:

  • Completely secure, contactless application sent via SMS;
  • Instant financing decisions with competitive interest rates;
  • Payment flexibility for expected and unexpected auto repair expenses; and
  • A seamless integration with Shop Boss to automatically update repair orders and invoices.

To facilitate this offering, 360 Payments is pleased to partner with Wisetack, a consumer financing platform built to help businesses thrive by facilitating real-time consumer lending at the point of sale. The product embeds seamlessly into 360’s consumer financing portal and is available to all Shop Boss users.

“360 Payments’ reach among automotive professionals will enable thousands more businesses to offer fast, consumer-friendly financing to their customers,” added Bobby Tzekin, CEO and co-founder of Wisetack. “Together, Wisetack and 360 Payments can give customers a better way to afford the repairs they need, all while helping automotive shops grow.”
