Tire Kingdom & NTB Celebrate 'National Random Acts of Kindness' Day

Tire Kingdom, NTB Share ‘National Random Acts of Kindness’ Day

On Feb. 17, teams at eight select locations will perform three free conventional oil change services.

Tire Kingdom and NTB Tire & Service Centers, two automotive and tire service center chains and members of the TBC Corporation family of brands, say they will celebrate National Random Acts of Kindness Day (Thursday, Feb. 17) by spreading joy at select locations throughout the U.S.

As a unique way to say thank you and pay it forward to Tire Kingdom and NTB guests, teams at eight select locations will perform three free conventional oil change services throughout the day or apply the savings toward a synthetic blend or full synthetic oil change. The teams will surprise and delight select guests in an effort to provide memorable moments and inspire their communities to spread kindness of their own, the company says.

The oil change service will consist of:

  • Up to 5 quarts of oil
  • Tire rotation
  • TPMS reset, where applicable
  • Battery check
  • Visual brakes check
  • Wiper fluid top off

“We believe in making a difference and look for ways to get our customers to their destination safely and easily,” said Bill Shull, senior vice president and GM, Retail Operations for TBC Corporation. “National Random Acts of Kindness Day truly embodies our philosophy of supporting our communities and positively impacting those around us.”

An integral part of TBC and all business units spanning retail, franchise, wholesale, distribution, ecommerce and corporate shared services is corporate social responsibility (CSR). The company says it has initiatives that are driven by the company as well as initiatives that are Associate-driven, all communicated to associates via a formalized program called TBC Driven To Give (#TBCDrivenToGive).
