Openbay Adds Drive Automotive Services to Brand Portfolio

Drive Automotive Services also deployed Openbay Otis, an intelligent chat and messaging platform on each brand’s website.

Openbay says it has bolstered coverage areas for its automotive marketplace in several U.S. markets with the addition of First Choice Automotive, Service Street, Kerry’s Car Care and Driver’s Auto Repair – all full service automotive brands of Drive Automotive Services. Each brand has multiple locations that deliver complete automotive repairs – from minor repairs such as general maintenance services to major repairs such as engine and transmission overhauls, the company says.

In addition to joining the Openbay marketplace, Drive Automotive Services deployed Openbay Otis, an intelligent chat and messaging platform on each brand’s website, the company adds. Powered by AI (artificial intelligence) and technology developed for the Openbay marketplace, Otis delivers real-time, around the clock customer engagement for their automotive service business from any device. Otis delivers website visitors repair price estimates, general information on services offered and types of vehicles serviced, and allows appointments to be booked and confirmed with its integration with ShopBoss.

“The Openbay marketplace is made up of a curated network of service centers providing high quality service. Drive Automotive Services brands are representative of the high quality service centers on our automotive services marketplace platform. We are excited to have Drive Automotive Services brands part of the Openbay marketplace,” said Rob Infantino, founder and CEO of Openbay.

With becoming a member of the Openbay marketplace, Drive Automotive Services brands will also take part in an exclusive invite only platform called Openbay+.

  • Openbay corporate partners drive demand to Openbay+
  • Openbay+ is limited to only a few businesses in each area
  • New digital customer acquisition platform, gaining access to an unlimited number of consumers having an immediate need for service
  • Appointments automatically delivered to them by Openbay
  • Increase in brand exposure to consumers that match their need for select services
