Parts Authority, one of the largest automotive and truck parts distributors to the aftermarket industry, has acquired 15 locations of the automotive parts supplier Parts Plus in the New Mexico and Colorado markets. The transaction was finalized on Sept. 1, 2021.

Parts Plus New Mexico and Colorado will continue to provide the quality service they refined throughout their extended years of business with access to Parts Authority’s expanded inventory and expert service. We are excited at what this partnership has to offer.”

“I can’t begin to tell you how excited we are about acquiring Parts Plus New Mexico. We are also looking forward to working with Adam Honegger; he will be leading the charge for us in New Mexico, same as always! We are really thankful that both Sam and Adam chose to partner up with Parts Authority.”
