Parts Authority, one of the largest automotive and truck parts distributors to the aftermarket industry, has acquired IWI Motor Parts. The transaction closed on Nov. 12. 

IWI Motor Parts has been in the automotive aftermarket business for more than 50 years. Parts Authority says IWI Motor Parts will continue to provide customers the exceptional service they are known for with access to an expanded inventory. IWI Motor Parts and its 14 locations located throughout Iowa, Wisconsin, and Illinois will play a vital role in the company’s successful expansion strategy.
