New COO Named For BL Systems/CEMB-USA

In this role, David Martin will be responsible for all operations for the North American business.

David Martin has been named chief operating officer (COO) of BL Systems / CEMB-USA, effective Aug. 1, 2021. 

In this role, Martin will be responsible for all operations for the North American business.

Martin brings a long history of excellence from his former posts with Accu-turn, Hennessy / Coats, ATD and Martins Industries. He is a past president of TIA and long-standing board member with involvement in numerous committees.

“We are excited for this new chapter for CEMB-USA and wish David continued personal and professional success,” the company stated in a news release.

In addition, effective Sept. 1, 2021, Jeffrey Jobe will officially retire from BL Systems as the general manager after four years of leadership. “We thank Jeffrey for his past efforts in stabilizing and growing the CEMB-USA brand during his tenure that brought excellent results. We wish him a happy retirement,” the company added.

Lubrication Specialties announces new support for Hot Shot’s Secret field events with the addition of Matthew Steinmetz to field marketing representative and the promotion of Kaysie Keen to a newly created position, field marketing manager.

Keen previously served in a support role in the marketing department as a marketing project specialist. In her new role, she will now report to Kyle Fischer, Hot Shot’s Secret’s director of field marketing & partnerships. In this new role, Keen will manage all event assets, inventory, track and report on field sales, assist with contract negotiations, monitor and screen sponsorship applications, and coordinate all event details, Lubrication Specialties said.
