Overheard: Dealerships Turning To Gamification To Boost Sales

Last year, nearly 30% of U.S. new car sales were completed online.

In the last year, nearly 30% of U.S. new car sales were completed online. Prior to the pandemic, this was less than 2%. Due to this online boom, car sales professionals are struggling to return sales to pre-pandemic numbers. To combat this, more than 20 dealerships have turned to gamification company, Arcade Workplace. Arcade ‘gamifies’ employee goals and recognition in a rewarding way to keep employees engaged and motivated to make sales.
