SADECA Becomes A Division Of NUADI Group

The combined group’s expanded footprint includes plants and technical offices in Spain, Morocco and China.

SADECA, an OEM supplier of electronic brake wear sensors and hardware, has become an integral division of the NUADI Group, a leading manufacturer of brake backing plates and shims. This strategic incorporation will position SADECA and NUADI Group to better serve their joint customer base in the following ways:

  • Compliment and expand its range of global brake components;
  • Reinforce the production and sourcing to support our commitment to the “first to market” NPI process;
  • Better serve its global customers by concentrating each business unit on their core product expertise; and
  • Focus on advanced technology introduction based on the knowledge and experience of both NUADI and SADECA teams.

The combined group’s expanded footprint includes several manufacturing plants and technical offices in Spain, Morocco and China.

The intention of combining the product expertise of both companies is to position the group for further expansion in the coming years. For now, both business units will continue to serve the customer independently.

According to Gerard Luna, general manager of SADECA, the combined business’ primary focus will be to identify opportunities to support each and every customer in the brake industry.
