More Than 1,000 Attend Nexus Virtual Trade Show

A remarkable 1,300 virtual meetings took place over the two-day event.

The first Nexus Automotive International (N!) Virtual Days trade show, a totally new way of interacting and generating business, has been declared a major success, with a remarkable 1,300 virtual meetings taking place over the two-day event.

More than 1,000 participants from all around the globe took the opportunity to visit more than 50 N! Supplier exhibitor booths and enjoy four different webinars with live “Q’&’A” sessions with the NEXUS management team.

Also, on display were some of the most innovative mobility start-ups, thanks to Mobilion, the early stage venture fund initiated by NEXUS, which invests in smart mobility, focusing on aftermarket technologies and digital service innovations, globally and domestically. 

Bas Donders, NEXUS brand and communications director, said, “It was a big challenge to introduce this totally new virtual approach for such a big event, but it as a great success. The 13,500 messages exchanged over the two days by the N! community show that they completely embraced it. 

“The Virtual Days platform simulated a real trade show, and it was impressive to see all the suppliers’ booths. The team worked hard over the past months to build a user-friendly environment, in which both the members and suppliers could run meetings, wherever they are in the world. Also, we maximized our support to the community, to let them feel comfortable with the new digital tool,” he added.
