Seasoned automotive business leader Mary Petrovich has joined the Traxen board of directors as chairman to support the start-up company in its mission to lead the trucking technology market rapidly into the future. In addition to Petrovich’s appointment to the board, Bill Gryzenia, an accomplished automotive industry veteran, has been named an advisor to the board.
“We are incredibly pleased to have Mary and Bill playing integral roles in our technology company as we cruise forward with our pilot phase,” said Ali Maleki, founder and CEO of Traxen. “I know their comprehensive backgrounds and connectivity to the industry will be key assets to Traxen’s future success.”
Together, Petrovich and Gryzenia have a solid history of working for and overseeing innovative automotive and tech companies, bringing exceptional expertise in successfully leading start-ups and effectively navigating – and fulfilling – exit strategies.
“The Traxen team has worked tirelessly to develop amazing technology that will save truck fleets millions of dollars in fuel costs upon its launch,” said Petrovich. “I look forward to working with the board to help guide Traxen as it moves to commercialize its innovation and enters a strong growth phase.”
Rick Bolander also is a member of Traxen’s board of directors and Doug Neal serves as a board advisor.
