Anand Motor Products has named Scott Austin as the sales director for North America, effective immediately. As the director of sales, he will work closely with AMP’s North American customers, as well as lead the company’s business development goals and initiatives in the continent.

Austin brings with him a wealth of experience having secured positions of increasing responsibility throughout the automotive market over the past 20+ years. He has gained significant automotive experience during his time with companies such as Tenneco Inc, Sanluis Rassini and SEG Automotive.

“Scott’s proven track record of driving positive change and dynamic growth to large organizations make him the ideal candidate for this important position,” said Gurmeet Singh Anand, managing director of AMP.

Austin’s appointment comes as AMP looks to accelerate its aggressive growth plans in the North American market. Austin will be based in Michigan.
