Tint World Automotive Styling Centers, a leading auto accessory and window tinting franchise, has announced Robert Bagnall as the newest member of the company’s operations management team.

Bagnall brings more than 20 years of experience in sales and business operations to the Tint World brand. He’s received awards for the amount of sales he’s made in retail settings, as well as for his high numbers on the distribution side of the industry.

“Robert’s experience in sales and customer service is exactly what we were looking for in a new team member,” said Charles J. Bonfiglio, president and CEO of Tint World. “He is clearly passionate about implementing and ensuring exceptional business operations. Bagnall will be based out of his home in Wilmington, North Carolina, but will spend up to 50% of his time traveling to various Tint World franchise locations to assist in specialized training at each store. His main focus will be on sales and operational success.
