Mobile Tech RX Announces Acquisition Of Paintless Dent Repair Technician App HailGo

HailGo is a software that, similar to Mobile Tech RX, caters to the paintless dent repair (PDR) technician community.

MobiTech International, Inc., parent company of Mobile Tech RX, has acquired the technician staffing app HailGo, according to company CEO Eric Garves. HailGo is a software that, similar to Mobile Tech RX, caters to the paintless dent repair (PDR) technician community.

Garves had this to say regarding the acquisition, “This is another strategic acquisition for Mobile Tech RX that is in line with being the preeminent app for the mobile auto tech industry. HailGo has had a very strong reputation in the PDR industry and has been on our radar for years, so for us it was a no-brainer when this opportunity presented itself. We are thrilled to have made the deal work for both parties and are excited to incorporate the technician staffing features found in HailGo.”

“As I mentioned with the Dent Buddy acquisition last month, we are going to continue to be opportunistic when it comes to growing our user base and that may mean continuing to acquire competitors who are interested in exiting the PDR and mobile tech app market,” said Garves. “In that sense, this deal will probably not be our last acquisition.”

Mobile Tech RX has dissolved the HailGo application in order to focus on integrating its features into their flagship product.
