Barkovich has been with HDMA since July 2012 and has handled various roles, mainly related to new member recruiting and new member council establishment. In her new position, she will continue to be primarily in charge of member development, onboarding and engagement, as well as sales of sponsorships and affiliate member support programs. In addition, Barkovich currently has responsibility of the Off-Highway Business Forum, the Heavy Duty Manufacturers Representative Council, and the newest forum – Heavy Duty Business Forum India. HDMA welcomes Erin Spring as manager, marketing communications and Daniqua Burgin as manager, meetings and member services.

Spring joined HDMA in November 2018 and brought more than nine years of relevant experience in marketing and communications. Her previous roles included both association and manufacturing industry work. In Spring’s new role at HDMA, she is responsible for developing and executing internal and external communications tools and strategies for events and member communications to increase awareness for HDMA member engagement activities. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in communications from East Carolina University.

Burgin joined HDMA in October 2018 after working as a temporary employee for a few months. She has several years of experience as a legal secretary in trusts and estate law and has volunteered as a director/chair on various non-profit executive boards both in her home state of New York and in California. At HDMA, Burgin is responsible for assisting with HDMA events and council/forum meeting planning, as well as council management processes and execution.
