Fix Auto World Names 2 New International Managers

Ben Pugh joins the company as international brand manager, while Nick Spiers has been appointed international operations manager.

nickspiers benpughCarl Brabander, vice president of marketing for Fix Auto World, has announced the appointment of Ben Pugh as international brand manager for Fix Auto World.

Pugh will be called to support the implementation of Fix Auto’s brand standards into new and developing collision repair markets, helping Fix Auto expand its global activities. His experience providing brand and marketing support to franchise members is an important asset for Fix Auto as it develops on a global scale.

Commenting on Pugh’s appointment, Brabander said, “Delivering a consistent brand experience is at the core of Fix Auto’s mission. Ben brings a wealth of international franchising experience and we are pleased to have him on board as Fix Auto establishes itself as the global collision repair brand.”

David Lingham, global strategic development for Fix Auto World, added, “As Fix Auto enters new markets around the world, it is essential for us to have the right team in place to support our owner-operators and ensure the long-term success of our network. We are confident that Ben’s appointment will add much value to the organization, and we welcome him on board.”

Lingham also announced the appointment of Nick Spiers as international operations manager for Fix Auto World.

Spiers will play a key role as Fix Auto expands its global activities, helping adapt Fix Auto’s model to local markets, working with local solutions providers and ensuring a smooth implementation for Fix Auto shops worldwide.

Spiers has extensive experience in the U.K. collision repair industry, most recently as general manager for Nationwide Crash Repair Centres and as operations manager for ABL Accident Repair Group. The company said this valuable experience will serve Fix Auto well as it grows its operations into new markets.

Lingham said, “Fix Auto World is undergoing significant expansion and we are pleased to welcome qualified team members like Nick, who will provide our network with the necessary support to help our owner-operators achieve operational success.”
