TEMOT International welcomed Robert Schwerbrock to its team at the beginning of the year. In his new role as international business development director, Schwerbrock is responsible for TEMOT International’s strategic business development with shareholders and suppliers.

The 52-year old brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the TEMOT International organization, stemming from more than 20 years in the automotive industry. He holds a degree in business administration in marketing and human resources, is fluent in English, German, Spanish and Portuguese and also is certified as executive leader coach by the ICF (International Coach Federation).

In various positions, he has built a well-deserved reputation for being a communicator and manager. During this time, he implemented process improvements and held full planning responsibility for the location. In addition, he steered cross-border strategic projects in western Europe, including the regional pricing project.

“We’re more than pleased to welcome Robert to our team,” said Fotios Katsardis, president and CEO of TEMOT International. “He looks back upon a distinguished career in the automotive aftermarket and is a proven expert in the fields of business development and project and product management.
