VIPAR Heavy Duty Welcomes Joe Meyer As New Program Manager

Meyer has more than 28 years of experience in the heavy-duty aftermarket.

Joe Meyer has joined VIPAR Heavy Duty and its family of companies as the organization’s new program manager. In this new role, Meyer will be responsible for developing industry-leading programs with suppliers.

Meyer has more than 28 years of experience in the heavy-duty aftermarket. Before joining VIPAR Heavy Duty, Meyer was most recently a national account manager for Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems. He has previously worked in key roles at Grote Industries, Borg Warner Automotive and Chicago Rawhide (now SKF).

“Joe is a well-respected leader with a thorough understanding of the heavy-duty aftermarket,” said Larry Griffin, vice president of program management. “His decades of experience and knowledge from working in the industry will be highly beneficial to both our distributors and suppliers who are part of VIPAR Heavy Duty and our family of companies. We are fortunate to have a high-caliber individual like Joe join our program management team.”

Meyer holds a degree from Southwest Missouri State University.
