Shop Fix Academy Appoints TJ Roberts As Lead Coach

Shop Fix Academy's chief offering is the “Driving Growth” course, which includes more than 17 hours of content delivered through nearly 100 videos covering everything from managing employees to analyzing financials to strategies to reduce parts costs.

Shop Fix Academy, a leader in training and coaching for the automotive repair industry, has appointed veteran automotive shop manager TJ Roberts as lead coach. Roberts has been with Shop Fix Academy since it was launched and has provided vital leadership and customer support to the organization.

Roberts started his automotive career as a regional manager for EuroFix LLC, a European automotive repair business with five service centers in the Nashville area. In 2015, Roberts became regional manager of Autofix, a full-service chain of automotive repair shops with four locations in and around Nashville. With 13 years of management experience, Roberts is well-equipped to provide guidance to automotive shop owners looking to overcome operational challenges and grow their businesses.

Before entering the automotive repair business, Roberts owned an appliance shop, where he honed his sales and management skills. He also served in the Army National Guard.

“TJ is a naturally gifted coach, who is able to easily put students at ease and effectively convey the information they need to succeed,” said Shop Fix Academy Owner Aaron Stokes. “He is a huge asset to our team.”

Shop Fix Academy’s chief offering is the “Driving Growth” course, which includes more than 17 hours of content delivered through nearly 100 videos covering everything from managing employees to analyzing financials to strategies to reduce part costs. Shops that purchase the course also receive access to charts, tables and infographics that can be used as staff resources.
