Redline Detection Announces Michael Hosch As Director Of Aftermarket Programs

Hosch has been in the diagnostic tool aftermarket for 37 years, first with Sun Electric, then Snap-on, Vetronix, Bosch and now Redline.

Redline Detection, a provider of OEM-mandated diagnostic leak detection equipment, has announced that Michael Hosch has joined the company as director of aftermarket programs.

Hosch comes to Redline after  17 years at Bosch North America, where his most recent position was director of sales, responsible for leading the North American sales team and the Electronic Product Group. Hosch has been in the diagnostic tool aftermarket for 37 years, first with Sun Electric, then Snap-on, Vetronix, Bosch and now Redline.

An experienced leader with an extensive background in sales, marketing and business development in the aftermarket, Hosch brings an expertise in building cross-functional teams that drive together for success. “I’ve had a relationship with Redline for over six years and have tremendous respect for the quality, ethics and integrity of the products and the people. I am beyond excited to be a part of this great team,” said Hosch.

Redline recently launched a partnership with Bosch Automotive Aftermarket to manufacture the Bosch HPT 500 High Pressure Leak Tester, a diagnostic leak detector with unique features and patented inflatable adaptors that make it possible to quickly test every heavy-duty and boosted vehicle. The equipment provides 2-20PSI pressurized visual vapor that pinpoints leaks and component faults in heavy-duty after-treatment and diesel/turbo boosted passenger vehicles, which are impossible to locate with a traditional, low-pressure evap style smoke machine.
