Technician.Academy says it is committed to providing technicians with the most up-to-date knowledge they need to gain respect in the automotive industry. Now, the organization wants to back up that commitment with a new motivational campaign called Respect is Learned and its slogan, “Respect – the more you learn, the more you earn.”

“The Technician.Academy Respect is Learned campaign is all about inspiring the technicians of today and tomorrow,” said Richard Young, an ASE Certified Master Technician and director of aftermarket content and programs for EXTEND PERFORMANCE, which runs Technician.Academy. “Our goal is for these technicians to continually increase their knowledge, and we feel like the exciting incentives will give them the extra push to do that,” he says.
