Gabriel Introduces Answerman Advantage Rewards Program For Service Professionals

This new program will help drive sales with POS, promotions and rewards.

Gabriel - Answerman - LogoGabriel (Ride Control LLC) has announced the launch of Gabriel Answerman Advantage, a rewards program for service professionals.

The Gabriel Answerman Advantage program is available to light vehicle shops and technicians in the U.S. and includes point of sale (POS) materials, Gabriel promotions, rewards and business tools. Members will be able to earn points on each sale of Gabriel shocks and can redeem these points for rewards.

“Gabriel is very excited to extend the opportunity to join the Answerman Advantage rewards program to the industry at large,” said Duncan Greathead, vice president of sales and marketing for Gabriel. “We’re calling it ‘Answerman Advantage’ because the program will include information and answers on the benefits of new shocks and struts, and with each Gabriel sale, the technician has the advantage of earning points toward rewards.”

Included in the program will be a set of Gabriel-branded point of purchase and POS materials for service professionals to use in the front and garage areas of their shops, as well as selling tools to help make the sale.

Gabriel promotions will be part of the program, as well as a technical support for service professionals at the toll-free Gabriel Answerman line. In addition, shops will receive a listing in the service provider locator on Gabriel’s website.

“We have received positive feedback and high interest in the program since the soft launch in August, and we are pleased to offer it to a larger audience at this time,” added Greathead. “This launch is the first phase of our rewards program; we plan to add education and training opportunities as well as additional products and ways for the professional installers to earn even more points in the near future.”

The program, introduced in August to a limited audience, is offered at $79 to all interested professional installers. Membership will be active through December of 2016, giving professional installers who join now more than a year to earn points towards rewards.
