Auto-Wares Group of Companies announced it is acquiring Chet Nichols Inc. of Benton Harbor, Michigan. This acquisition includes six store locations in Southwest Michigan. Chet Nichols is a family owned company, and has been in business since 1930.
Auto-Wares Group of Companies Chairman, Fred Bunting, said, “This acquisition fills in the Southwest Michigan area very nicely for Auto-Wares.
