Evercoat Welcomes New Marketing Manager

Jacobson brings more than 20 years of marketing, communications, new product development and product management experience to Evercoat. He joins Evercoat from Deceuninck North America, where he was director of marketing and innovation.

Evercoat - LogoEvercoat has appointed David Jacobson to the newly created position of marketing manager. In this role, he will oversee all marketing related experiences for both the Evercoat and Auto Magic brands, including communications, new product launches, advertising campaigns, promotional support programs, market research and trade shows. He will work closely with Evercoat’s product, technical and sales teams to develop products and programs that will help the company’s distribution partners reach end-users more effectively.

Jacobson brings more than 20 years of marketing, communications, new product development and product management experience to Evercoat. He joins Evercoat from Deceuninck North America, where he was director of marketing and innovation. In that role, he directed the marketing activities for a window systems, building products and custom material compounding company, in a role that included product strategy and market planning, new business development and innovation management. He also has held key marketing and product roles at Alcoa, Ply Gem Industries and Saint-Gobain Corp.

Jacobson earned his Master of Business Administration degree from the Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University, and his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Industrial Design from Brigham Young University.  He also holds eight utility and design patents.
