CARDONE Industries Appoints Michael Cardone III And Christin Cardone McClave To New Leadership Positions

PHILADELPHIA, Pa. – CARDONE Industries has announced that Michael Cardone III and Christin Cardone McClave have assumed new positions to help lead the business and drive future growth.

Michael Cardone III is now executive vice chairman, reporting directly to the executive chairman. In this role, he will be responsible for strategic corporate development. Cardone began his career with the company in 1998, serving mostly recently as president since 2010.

Christin Cardone McClave, who currently sits on the company’s board of directors and chairs the board’s Nominating and Governance Committee, has accepted a full-time internal role as chief people officer, reporting to the CEO. In this role, McClave will be responsible for culture and people strategy, talent and leadership development and corporate and internal communications.

McClave’s professional career began at Johnson & Johnson, where she held several leadership positions. In 2009, she founded Unifi Coaching to help organizations with leadership development, organizational strategy and board/family governance.
