Genuine Parts Co. Completes Impact Products Acquisition

ATLANTA – Genuine Parts Co. (GPC) announced that its office products group, S. P. Richards Company, has completed its acquisition of Impact Products LLC. The Company had previously announced the pending agreement to acquire Impact on June 17.

Impact Products, headquartered in Toledo, Ohio, is a leading value-added provider of facility, janitorial and safety supplies serving North America. Its broad customer base is served from distribution centers in Toledo and Walnut, Calif.

The company expects the acquired business to generate approximately $85 million in annual revenues.

APA Welcomes BS Products as New TruStar Member

Automotive Parts Associates (APA) announced it welcomed BS Products as a new member to TruStar.

Founded in 2019 by friends and business partners Brett Peterson and Sean Malmstrom, BS Products is a full-line nationwide wholesaler of automotive and quick lube supplies. It specializes in filters, additives, tools, shop supplies, and safety and janitorial equipment, according to APA.
