West Coast Customs strives to push boundaries and expectations, and that philosophy is mirrored by Black Magic. Both brands stand for high-quality and innovation and, through the combined marketing initiatives planned for 2014, this collaboration will bring those to life, according to Black Magic’s parent company, ITW Global Brands.

“Black Magic is thrilled to be partnering with West Coast Customs. CEO Ryan Friedlinghaus’ vision and passion for creating perfection on wheels is exactly what we are looking for in a strategic partner," said Rusty Waples, global group brand manager at ITW Global Brands. “We call Black Magic consumers ‘Carcissists’ because they are obsessed with how their vehicle looks, and our products help them achieve detailing perfection. Obviously, we feel an alliance with West Coast Customs will provide a great appeal to our combined fans, consumer base and retail partners.”

The Black Magic brand and products will be fully integrated into the WWC programming. New episodes began airing in April 2014 on Fox Sports 2. Retailer activation, including consumer promotions and marketing collateral, also will be an integral part of the program.

“Black Magic automotive detailing products are second to none,” said Friedlinghaus. “The vehicles we build at West Coast Customs are truly works of art and caring for these vehicles properly is a top priority. That is why at West Coast Customs we choose Black Magic detailing products.”
