ATRO Engineered Systems Announces Two Executive Appointments

James Wilder is named vice president of sales and marketing and Skip Steffen is named director of aftermarket sales.

SULLIVAN, Mo. – ATRO Engineered Systems has announced that Jim Wilder has joined the company as its vice president of sales and marketing. In this role, Wilder will be responsible for all aspects of business development and marketing.
 
Wilder comes to ATRO with more than 18 years of professional sales experience. He worked more than 20 years at UPS, with the past five managing some of the company’s largest strategic accounts as director, enterprise account sales. In 2008, Wilder was recruited into the rubber chemicals industry by Solutia Inc. and served as commercial director for the Americas. He has a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Missouri, Columbia.
 
In addition, ATRO has hired Skip Steffen as director of aftermarket sales. He will be responsible for the growth of aftermarket sales, as well as servicing accounts in the central region. Steffen has enjoyed many years in sales as a regional sales manager for TRW Heavy Duty Parts; the director of sales for Dayton Parts and Transcom USA; and the VP of operations and sales for Plaza Fleet Parts. He has a BSBA from John Carroll University in University Heights, Ohio.
 
ATRO Engineering Systems is an original manufacturer of polyurethane components for the heavy-duty trucking and trailer industry.
