In addition to equipping DSR vehicles with ODYSSEY batteries, the ODYSSEY battery logo will appear on many of DSR's driver uniforms, Funny Car and Top Fuel drag racing competition vehicles, transporters and technology trailers. ODYSSEY battery by EnerSys, an affiliate sponsor of DSR since 2010, also will be the primary sponsor on 2012 NHRA World Champion Jack Beckman's Funny Car at the Maple Grove Raceway event this October in Mohnton, Pa.

READING, Pa. – ODYSSEY battery by EnerSys is now the official battery sponsor of Don Schumacher Racing (DSR) for many of DSR’s Funny Cars and Top Fuel dragsters.
 
In addition to equipping DSR vehicles with ODYSSEY batteries, the ODYSSEY battery logo will appear on many of DSR’s driver uniforms, Funny Car and Top Fuel drag racing competition vehicles, transporters and technology trailers. ODYSSEY battery by EnerSys, an affiliate sponsor of DSR since 2010, also will be the primary sponsor on 2012 NHRA World Champion Jack Beckman’s Funny Car at the Maple Grove Raceway event this October in Mohnton, Pa.
 
DSR started the 2013 season with seven professional NHRA teams. The teams include Top Fuel drivers Tony Schumacher, Spencer Massey and Anton Brown, and Funny Car drivers Ron Capps, Jack Beckman, Matt Hagan and Johnny Gray.
