MERA Welcomes Cheryl Dry As New Team Member

In this role, Dry's main responsibilities include the planning and execution of events and executive council meetings, and working with Dave McGuire to drive member engagement.

MERA – The Remanufacturing Association has named Cheryl Dry as the new manager of programs and member services for MERA. In this role, Dry’s main responsibilities include the planning and execution of events and executive council meetings, and working with Dave McGuire to drive member engagement.

Dry brings a strong background and extensive experience to MERA. Since 1997, she worked at Meeting Coordinators Inc., a corporate meeting planning and association management firm. At the firm, Dry was responsible for planning conferences and meetings for a variety of companies and associations. In addition, she managed the business of multiple membership associations. Prior to that, Dry was a catering sales manager at Ramada, Marriott and Hilton Hotels.

Dry earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in hotel, restaurant and institutional management from Michigan State University.
